PrimeLife approach to care

The traditional healthcare system often prioritizes treating illnesses and diseases, but at PrimeLife, we emphasize the importance of natural approaches, filling the gaps of what your body needs, and preventive care grounded in evidence-based practices. Together, we will develop a custom plan that is tailored to your unique health goals and needs with education to empower you on your journey to living your best life.

Nutrition Guidance

The nutrients your body needs to run smoothly

Meet your macros

During the perimenopause and menopause transition, it is critical to maintain healthy gut microbiome (healthy bacteria) and maintain muscle.

Macros are the three macronutrients necessary for body needs — proteins, fats, and carbohydrates.

Most people need the following daily dietary intake:

  • 90-120 g of protein macro (women)

120-150 g of protein macro (men)

  • 25-35 g of fiber

  • 32-64 oz of water

Note: After your consultation, these goals may be adjusted.

Try something new to meet your macros

We can help you explore your food options and review a list of foods that can help you meet your nutrition needs.
